Ryan was born and raised in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Upon entering his junior year of high school, Ryan and his family moved to Las Vegas, NV, where he attended and played football at Bishop Gorman High School. As a senior, Ryan was named a USA Today first team All-American, a Parade Magazine All-American, a U.S Army All-American, and Nevada’s Gatorade Player of the Year in 2005: Honors which led him to being awarded a full-scholarship to play football for the Oklahoma Sooners.
Ryan played middle linebacker and was a four-year letterman for the Sooners from 2005-2009. Ryan was awarded All-Big 12 and Academic All-Big 12 Honors during his career and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Minor in Business.
Subsequent to college, Ryan turned his attention towards the study of law. He began law school in Oklahoma, and upon his wife Kaitlyn becoming pregnant with their first daughter, Ryan transferred back home to UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law.
During law school, Ryan gained invaluable experience in the areas of family law, business, and real estate as a lawclerk for Pintar Albiston LLP.
Ryan spends his spare time with his wife Kaitlyn raising their two daughters, Austin and Cameron.
