Bryan L. Albiston is a Las Vegas native growing up in Green Valley. Bryan obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and worked as an accountant for several years during and after college. In the early 2000’s, Bryan changed his career field and went in the field of Real Estate whereby he was a successful new home sales agent for the largest homebuilder in the Country. After the Real estate crash in 2008, Bryan decided to join his mother as a counselor of law. Bryan attended the UNLV William S. Boyd School of law and since that time Bryan has practiced solely with his mother, Becky A. Pintar whereby they formed the law firm of Pintar Albiston LLP.
Bryan L. Albiston has extensive knowledge of the real estate statutes and regulations in the state of Nevada which he gained through his ongoing career as a licensed real estate agent. Bryan understands the intricacies of a real estate transaction from a simple residential sale to a multi-million dollar commercial transaction. Bryan has also worked side-by-side with Becky A. Pintar, As his mentor who has been practicing law in Las Vegas for nearly 15 years.
Bryan has the legal experience required in representing business clients from the inception of the business, resolution of business issues, drafting contracts and agreements, and collection of debts, to help your business to achieve and maintain success.
The law firm practice areas are comprised of general business, real estate transactions, contract claims, creditor bankruptcy claims and adversarial complaints, construction law, employment law, administrative law including planning and zoning, and homeowners associations.
Bryan’s transactional work includes drafting and review of contracts, commercial leases, and employment, indemnity, partnership, operating and land sales agreements.
Bryan specializes mainly in family law including contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, guardianship and adoption. Family Law has become his passion in the legal field. Bryan understands that family matters are often complicated and are emotionally and physically draining on all parties involved. Bryan takes great pride in striving to make the process as smooth and easy as possible while still achieving the most favorable outcome for his clients. Bryan is an avid golfer and his main hobby is classic muscle cars. Bryan restored a 1964 Chevelle with his father that he takes great pride in. Bryan also enjoys spending quality time with his family and enjoying the wonderful activities Las Vegas has to offer such as boating, hiking, camping and fishing.
