Bryan Albiston

Business and Real Estate Law

Founding partner and licensed in both Nevada and California, Bryan has over 10 years of transactional and litigation experience in the fields of real estate, business and contract law including contracts, leases, NDAs and purchase and sale agreements. He focuses on complex commercial real estate deals from negotiations to completion of the transactions, including working for real estate investment firms, various construction companies, and other business entities. He offers experience, knowledge and understanding of many different types of business dealings including providing business acquisitions, mergers and dissolutions and capital investments, including compliance with applicable local and federal laws and regulations.

He can assist your company in legal drafting, administration, compliance, negotiations, and execution of contracts as well as client, customer and employee relations and oversight of all commercial contracts and legal compliance. He has provided services on numerous business mergers and acquisitions from onset of the negotiation stage through closing of the transaction with such transaction ranging from $100,000 to more than $350 million. Also provides general counsel assistance for many different companies for a variety of real estate transactions and acquisitions. He also possesses expertise in land use and environmental compliance along with many different governmental contracts and statutory compliance.

Family Law

Divorces: Bryan knows that every divorce case is different. Bryan understands the complex nature of divorces and knows that the dissolution of a marriage and the ensuing familial disruptions are inevitably emotional, stressful and difficult experiences. He places great emphasis on providing effective and competent legal representation to each of his clients. He can handle both contested and non-contested divorces.

Child Custody: Bryan is regularly involved in the process of drafting custody agreements to ensures that all parties’ opinions and desires are fairly represented.

Guardianship: Bryan has represented numerous families to care for their loved ones by ensuring that their guardianship matters are handled competently, efficiently and correctly.

Personal Life

Bryan is an avid golfer and skier He also enjoys classic cars, having restored a 1964 Chevelle with his father that he takes great pride in. Bryan also enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife Mindy, and two daughters, Sabrina and Lilian.
